Your LumpRice™, Snack Box™, and Wattla™ are handcrafted fresh on the delivery morning.
We only cook once per batch — no mass production.

👨‍🍳 Step 2 — Quality Check & Packaging:

Each item is packed carefully using kraft boxes, heat-safe containers, and banana leaf wraps.

🚚 Step 3 — Delivery Slot Notification:

You’ll receive a WhatsApp message with your delivery window as soon as your order is out for delivery.

🥥 How We Pack Your Tamil Crown Dishes

  • LumpRice™ is wrapped in banana leaf and sealed in a heat-safe kraft box

  • Sambals are packed in airtight cups

  • All items are packed upright in an insulated delivery bag

Everything is prepared fresh and delivered the same day.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

🔥 LumpRice™

  • Microwave 60–90 sec, OR

  • Oven 5 min @ 160°C

  • Steam 3–5 minutes with banana leaf still on

🥟 Snack Box™ Items

  • Air fry 3 min @ 180°C, OR

  • Oven 5 min @ 160°C

For best results, we recommend oven reheating. It helps preserve the texture of the LumpRice™ accompaniments and keeps Snack Box™ items crisp. Microwaving is convenient, but may soften crispy items and affect the texture of the egg.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

⏳ How Long Will It Stay Fresh?

  • LumpRice™: Consume within 24 hours

  • Snack Box™: 48 hours (refrigerated)

  • Wattla™: 72 hours (refrigerated)

  • Maasi Sambal™: 1 week (fridge)

Do not freeze LumpRice™.
